Mr. Chow is a certified Professional Engineer from Canada. He has over 24 years of IT experience in business development, project management, channel and sales operation. In Canada, he was the senior technical consultant with Boeing Computer Services (a Div. of Boeing Aircraft) and later with United Telecom (a Div. of GTE) working on the Cray supercomputer. In 1933, Mr. Chow moved to Hong Kong and worked with AT&T as senior business development manager where he created the advance Marine Inmarsat Communication System. He then worked with Concert, a joint venture between British Telecom and MCI as Senior Sales Manager for North America. Prior to joining IMC, Mr. Chow worked as Senior Services Channel Manager for Cisco Systems where he was responsible for the sales operation and channel partners for North Asia. Mr. Chow is also a member of the Project Management Institute of US and ITIL Foundation of UK.
