Born in Hong Kong, Mr. Leung has lived in Canada for over 25 years and holds Canadian university degrees in Economics and Business Administration. Started his career with Richardson Greenshields, a major Canadian investment bank, Mr. Leung was posted in China subsequently and has been involved in cross-border trade, investment banking and direct investment in the Asia Pacific Region for more than twenty years. Mr. Leung has also been involved in early stage venture investments, and most recently a partner and director of Inter-Asia, an established seed-stage venture capital fund in Asia. Mr. Leung is experienced in dealing with both public and private sectors and is proficient in forming business ventures and partnerships in Asia and North America. His understanding of Asian business is extensive, as is his knowledge of investment markets in North America and Greater China.
