Dr. Li is a highly experience corporate executive and specialist in mergers and acquisitions. He was managing partner of Taiwanese major law firm Li & Associates, and has acted as Chairman of Fuhwa Venture Capital Company Ltd. of Fuhwa Financial Holding Group (the 5th largest financial group in Taiwan which owns controlling interests in commercial bank, securities companies and investment funds in Asia). Chairman of Fuhwa Asset Management Co. Ltd., advisor to the Yuanta Group head and Vice Chairman of Yuanta Core Pacifics Securities Co., Ltd. (the largest securities brokerage in Taiwan), Group Executive for Core Pacific Group, and Core Pacific-Yamaichi International (H.K.) Limited, and Chairman of Core Pacific Securities Co., Ltd. Dr. Li received his J. D. from Harvard Law School, Cambridge in 1984, MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston in 1977, and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1973. He was admitted to the New York State Bar, the US Tax Court, the District of Columbia Bar, the US International Court of Trade in 1985-86. Dr. Li was an elected Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of China, the Founding President of Harvard Business School Club in the Republic of China.
