Hsieh has more than 15 years of field experience in corporate finance specializing in Greater China M&A transactions in Asia. Most recently he was a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and head of Deloitte Corporate Finance in Taiwan. Prior to Deloitte, he was a partner Arthur Andersen and head of Andersen Global Corporate Finance. Mr. Hsieh has especially been recognized as a local expert in M&A, Reverse Merger and Business Strategy covering industries primarily in Financial Services, High tech, and Manufacturing. His works covered famous MNC's and local clients such as IBM, Whirlpool, ALCOA, Philips, General Food, Bechtel, CECO, Toyota (Taiwan), SECOM (Taiwan), China Airlines, Sakura (Kitchen), Carnival (Apparel), Merida (Bicycle), and many others. In the field of cross border M&A activities, Mr. Hsieh is particularly active in Greater China, Singapore, S. Korea, and Japan markets. Mr. Hsieh holds his bachelor degree in Engineering and MBA from a Taiwan university.
