Mr. Huang is a director of Taiwan Industrial Bank and Chairman of IBTM, a veteran with over 30 years of financial experience. Mr. Huang was CFO of Formosa Plastic Group (FPG), which is Taiwan's largest industrial company. He was directly involved in many aspects of corporate development of FPG. Since 1994, he has been the Chairman of Grand Pacific Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (GPID), which makes direct investments in technology related opportunities; and the Chairman of Chailease Finance Co., Ltd. (CFC), which offers primary capital leases, operating leases and installment business. Both GPID and CFC are under the corporate umbrella of ChinaTrust Group, a major international conglomerate. Mr. Huang has extensive experience in and established close relationships with high tech industrial companies in Taiwan.
