Dr. Chung is Vice President of Hoseo University and Chief Executive of Hoseo Venture Business incubation center. Dr. Chung received his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the Kanazawa University of Japan. He has over 15 years of industry and venture investment experience in Asia.
